SCGP was contracted to manufacture and supply a significantly large quantity HMMWV Gunners Protection Shields and deliver them to the contract-specified destination. This project progressed without any difficulties, with SCGP performing to the contract without failure or defect of any kind and ahead of the scheduled delivery. A total of 5,300 units were manufactured and delivered to Baghdad Iraq in under 8 weeks.

Darpa Grand Challenge

The goal of this annual US government sponsored race is to create a vehicle that can pilot itself through a desert course in the south-western United States.

SCGP was contracted to obtain and outfit 25 Control Vehicles for the event. The contract scope required a communication system, Emergency stop CPU, suspension upgrades, and multiple survival items.

All vehicles were finalized and delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule, performed flawlessly, and finished the event.
